Red Bull Shore Shift Barry Island 14th September 2024 at 2.30pm
ERS are supporting the Red Bull Shore Shift which is a fitness race which challenges athletes to complete a series of functional fitness workouts, all while the tide is coming in. Huge thank you to team members Steve, Chaliese, April and Andrew for their hard work.
Big R Swim Barry Island 1st September 2024
ERS are supporting the 8k swim from Fontygary and the 5K swim from Rhoose Beach to Whitmore Bay. Big thanks to Jason and Andrew!
Aquathlon Barry Island 21st July 2024
ERS were proud to support the Race SWYD Aquathlon 2024 which comprised of 750m open water swim and 5km run. Our medics were on standby for any eventuality but are pleased to report there were no incidents and everyone had a great race! Thanks Paul and Steve for your hard work today.

AED Supply & Training

Early defibrillation is a critical component in treating cardiac arrest. We offer training and supply defibrillators to meet the needs of the public and business alike.
We offer AED training as standard on all our first aid courses but can also undertake stand alone AED training.
2 Zoll AED Plus defibrillators safely delivered to Avonmouth and Weston Super Mare sites today.
